Petersfield 1 Lost to Winchester 4.

With the away team having higher Gradings in 3 of the strings, Home advantage looked to be needed to take the win. The stats turned out to be correct, with a fine Away win.

On paper, the number 3 string should have been the closest, with only 57 ranking points separating the two players before the match. The Away player, Tom Oldroyd, did well therefore to secure the win.

It was the number 3 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 75 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, Tom Oldroyd.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 2 string, James Heyes, gaining 70 Ranking Points from the match.

Player of the match must be the Away number 2 string, James Heyes, who over-turned a 253 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
